Independent AI lab — Wellington, New Zealand

Practical AI, applied to real work.

Deployed Intelligence develops practical tools and methods grounded in how organisations actually work — including the Deployed Intelligence Method and The Brief.

The approach

AI is most useful when it begins with the work itself: the information people need, the judgments they make, the institutions they navigate, and the outcomes they are trying to achieve.

Deployed Intelligence develops methods for understanding where machine capability fits, alongside applied products that use AI to solve specific professional problems. The aim is not AI for its own sake, but systems that help people understand, decide and act more effectively.
